This Refund Policy has been established to reflect the nature of bespoke digital services, where significant professional time, expertise, and resources are committed from the moment a project begins.

Why Refunds Are Not Applicable

The nature of custom digital services means that our work cannot be "returned" in the conventional sense. Here is why our no-refund position is both fair and standard practice in the professional digital industry:

• Time is irreversible. From the moment a project commences, the Agency's skilled time, research, and expertise are invested — resources that cannot be recovered once committed.
• Custom work has no resale value. Unlike physical products, a website or brand identity built for your specific institution cannot be resold or reused by the Agency.
• Scope is agreed upfront. All deliverables, timelines, and expectations are clearly documented and signed off before any work begins — eliminating ambiguity.
• Revision rounds are included. Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds to ensure the final output meets your expectations before completion.
• Discovery and strategy are non-recoverable. Initial phases — research, planning, information architecture, and strategic sessions — represent significant professional value delivered before any visible output.
• Third-party costs are pre-committed. Any domain registrations, software licences, or third-party integrations procured for your project are non-refundable by those vendors.

Payment & Advance Policy

All payments are treated as compensation for professional services rendered at each stage. Once a payment is made and the corresponding project phase is underway, it is considered earned and non-refundable.

If You Are Dissatisfied

Client satisfaction is a matter of professional honour to us. If you are dissatisfied at any stage of a project, we urge you to raise your concerns immediately through the following process:

1. Contact us directly via email at contact@deenwebworks.com or WhatsApp detailing your specific concerns
2. We will acknowledge your concern within 48 business hours and schedule a review call
3. We will assess the concern against the agreed project scope and brief
4. Where the concern is within scope, we will resolve it through additional revisions at no charge
5. Where the concern represents a change in requirements beyond the original scope, we will propose a fair and transparent resolution path

When We May Consider Partial Credits

While we do not issue monetary refunds, we recognise that exceptional and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the rare event that DeenWebWorks is unable to deliver the agreed project due to circumstances entirely within our control, we will:

• Provide a full account of the situation with complete transparency
• Offer a service credit applicable to a future project of equivalent value
• Work diligently to find a mutually respectful and fair resolution

Any such arrangement will be handled with the seriousness and dignity that our client relationships deserve.
