5 Client Responsibilities

When you hire DeenWebWorks for any project, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Communicate clearly and respond to queries within a reasonable time
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period
• Not request services that violate Islamic ethics or Indian law

6 Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment is required before project work begins (percentage to be agreed in writing)
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of files
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or as agreed
• Delayed payments may result in work being paused
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

7 Training Programs (iDigiAcademy)

DeenWebWorks acts as an official referral partner of iDigiAcademy. When you enroll in a training program through our referral:

• Course content and delivery are managed by iDigiAcademy
• Enrollment is subject to iDigiAcademy's own terms and conditions
• DeenWebWorks provides mentorship, guidance, and support alongside the course
• Results depend on the effort and consistency of the student — income is not guaranteed
• Course fees are non-refundable after access has been granted

8 Limitation of Liability

DeenWebWorks and Mohd Anjum shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, profits, or business arising from the use of our services
• Any issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms
• Results of SEO, advertising, or marketing campaigns (which depend on market conditions)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9 Ethical & Shariah-Compliant Business

DeenWebWorks is committed to operating an ethical, Shariah-compliant business. We do not offer or support:

• Services promoting haram (forbidden) products or industries (alcohol, gambling, adult content, etc.)
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Black-hat SEO or unethical digital tactics
• Any service that violates Indian law or Islamic ethics

We reserve the right to refuse any project that conflicts with our ethical standards.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
